The Patron Experience Audit Tool was designed to provide arts and culture organizations with feedback about their processes and each of the touch points in which patrons interact with people, technology, and buildings during their arts and culture experiences. The tool pulls apart the entire experience into five phases. Each phase contains several questions and checklists to determine areas of improvement.
This tool was developed from the perspective of the next generation and evaluates the levels of learning, sensing, and connecting during all phases of the experience. It is geared for both performing and visual arts where a ticket or admission fee is charged for entrance to an event, gallery, or even a class.
