The Next Leaders Survey Tool is designed to help YP Orgs measure their impact, and YP impact, on their communities and outfit them with data to help them tell their story to investors, stakeholders, members, and the media.

The Next Leaders Survey Tool can help you:

• Quantify the economic impact that young professionals make in your community;
• Show the impact your YP Org is making on young professionals’ perceptions of your community, and their willingness to stay; and
• Demonstrate the clear, positive impact YPs make through community engagement,  charitable contributions, and volunteering.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE (PDF file): 

• Use of survey questions (including a full 40+ question survey you can copy into your survey design tool, i.e. Survey Monkey, and administer to your members);
• Tools to analyze results (including insights into analyzing your results to dig into four key areas of measurement: YP Organization Net Promoter Score; Community Net Promoter Score; Impact of YP Flight; and Strength of YP Voice); and
• Ideas on how to leverage and share survey findings (including sample report).

This tool has been designed by Next Generation Consulting with the input of YP Organization leaders throughout the country. Since 2007, nearly fifty YP Orgs have utilized this tool and learned to share their story in a new, more meaningful way.

Note: This “self-serve” Next Leaders Survey Tool includes all questions found in the previous “full-service” version except for the questions pertaining to Next Generation’s Seven Indexes and Six Dimensions of Employee Engagement.
