
Marti is the Lead Consultant for all of our arts-related research, and the master planner of the Next Audiences Summit. Internally, Marti is one of our 2EO’s, responsible for Operations, Finance and Technology. Marti’s ability to spin many plates - managing our arts clients plus all of her internal projects - is itself a work of art.

Since 2006 Marti has led the only multi-year research dedicated to the issue of attracting, engaging and retaining younger patrons (ages 20-40) to the arts. Her research - underwritten by the Lilly Endowment and conducted with the leadership of the Arts Council of Indianapolis and participation from over two dozen arts organization - has become the focus of the bi-annual Next Audiences Summit, and the talk of art conferences across the U.S. and Canada
