YP Org Directory: Young Professionals Organization of St. Augustine

The Young Professionals Organization of St Augustine was the result of three young, professional guys looking for an alternative professional and social scene. Research shows that this scene and these groups do exist but mainly in larger metropolitan areas. The alternative to relocation was to simply create a group here; and the idea of a Young Professional Organization was born and immediately began to grow. The YPO of St Augustine is, in every way, a group for the group. The motivation behind starting the YPO was to create a social arena for like-minded, young professionals in and around St. Augustine and to have an impact locally. An impact socially, an impact with local charitable organizations and an overall impact professionally. We envisioned an extraordinary assembly of motivated people of action. It is very apparent that this is exactly the group that we have created. Three guys did not create and drive the YPO. It's current state is a direct reflection of it's great members. The YPO has grown simply by word of mouth, almost everyone who comes was invited by an existing member or aquantence who has visited before. The St. Augustine Young Professionals Organization now invites over 100 people to its monthly socials. We have an "open-arm" policy and we are committed to retaining young professionals in the area and creating a level of excitement that is unprecedented in St. Augustine.
