Young Professionals of Akron is a non-profit organization focused on connecting young professionals through community and social events. The YPA has an all-volunteer Board of Directors made up of young leaders in the Akron community. Our Board members are committed to building a strong community that we can depend on now and in the future. We, as an organization, are driven to: Expand professional networks, Invest in the community by giving back throughout the year, Engage in happenings around town and be “in-the-know” about new and unique venues and Akron’s most recognizable citizens, Socialize at Akron’s hidden attractions, and Motivate our members to discover other opportunities for community involvement. The Young Professionals of Akron is an inclusive organization open to anyone “young” and growing in their careers. Chances are that if you are looking for us, we are looking for you!
