Composed of four components, Sync757 is the Chamber's program aimed at attracting and retaining next generation workers to the Hampton Roads Region. Membership dues include free entry to all monthly Business After Hours events hosted by the Chamber, discounted event tickets to select Chamber events, and additional programming tailored to the next generation workforce. The group is composed mainly of individuals between the ages of 21 and 40. MENTOR757 Group sessions conducted by industry professionals. Topics and/or industry will be diversified over the course of the series in order to offer valuable information for all members in relation to their profession. CONNECT757 Events include Sync757 socials and networking functions and FREE entry into all Chamber Business After Hours events. ENRICH757 Includes programs that will further professional development, regional and cultural awareness of the members of Sync757. REP757 A primary goal is to create a campaign to recruit and retain young talent to the region.
