Young Professionals Mission: To create a platform for our young professionals to build relationships, develop professionally, become politically and philanthropically active, and contribute to the economic development and high quality of living or working in the Saint Paul/East Metro Area. Objective • To target our Young Professionals, identified as age 21-39 or the young at heart, with programs to enhance their lives • Create relationship-building opportunities • Provide educational and professional development • Build public policy awareness • Create and cultivate future leaders • Contribute to and enrich the community in which we live, fostering economic development in the Saint Paul/East Metro area • Work to keep our young professionals in the Saint Paul/East Metro area. Past events have included speed mentoring, boat cruises, theatre performances, progressive dinners, St. Paul Saints and Minnesota Wild games, etc. all with educational components on topics such as transportation, political races, health and wellness, networking, economic development and the like.
