The New York Young Professionals association is comprised of members of YP groups from around New York State in an effort to promote communications and connections between the various YP groups statewide. Each year the NYYPA holds a conference called the syNYrgy Conference in a different city in the state giving cities and groups a chance to showcase themselves and their area to their peers.
