NEO NSBE AE is an organization dedicated to the perpetuation and success of African American engineers, technicians, and scientist. This chapter was founded in 1990 to facilitate advancement and continuing education of technical people; promote excellence in engineering; facilitate social networking; and urge personal and professional development. NSBE's mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.
