Mobile Bay Young Professionals (MBYP) and the Mobile Area Young Professionals Alliance (MAYPA) are membership organizations consisting of students, career-seekers, and young professionals in the bay-area who are joining together to share initiatives, develop their careers, and discover a more exciting way of living in Mobile. MBYP and MAYPA have a shared goal of retaining and attracting young, educated professionals to our city. They do so by providing social networking, volunteer, and professional placement and development opportunities for 21- 39 year olds in the bay-area.
