Legacy was established in 2000 as the outcome of a young leaders forum called by Forward Quest to develop emerging community leaders in the Northern Kentucky region. Legacy encourages young leaders, who embrace the principles of meaningful participation, effective citizenship, and extraordinary imagination to unite in an effort to enhance the quality of life and economic well-being in the Northern Kentucky communities.
