The mission of Leadership for Five Seasons is to bring together individuals of diverse backgrounds and experience who aspire to or have talent for leadership in our community and to stimulate a higher level of involvement in community affairs. It is designed to prepare emerging and existing leaders to be community trustees. Leadership for Five Seasons is a program of the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce.
