The organization seeks to facilitate the social, economic, and personal development of individuals who have worked in or is pursuing a particular career or discipline. The association is a strong network of young professionals across numerous careers which seek to facilitate its members through wealth creation, information sharing, and development fora inter alia. JAYP recognizes the importance of broadening the skill set of its members. Various panels representing particular professions are constituted to provide support to the organization and the individuals within the organization. JAYP requires that its members display the highest level of professionalism, honesty and integrity which is critical in maintaining the high standard of a quality organization.
