Cleveland Bridge Builders (CBB) builds leaders for our community's future by providing leadership training and development, serving as a leadership resource for the community and by embracing inclusive and connective leadership. CBB engages the community and emerging leaders in its Flagship Program. CBB encourages diversity and inclusively in all of its activities and provides a network for rising leaders. It provides mentoring opportunities between generations and helps other organizations embrace inclusive and connective leadership.
