The three keys are:
1. Be positive. Millennials are new to your organization...and new to the world of work. They'll flourish if you stay positive, and help them grow.
2. State your expectations clearly. Just because YOU as their manager know what's expected doesn't mean THEY understand.
3. Check your intention. Is your intention to be a coach or a cop?
