It’s an interesting proposition: what would you tell the world, if it was your last chance to do so?
Several college campuses across the U.S. are offering their professors that opportunity - to hypothetically offer their “last lectures.” For Randy Pausch, a professor at Carnegie Mellon, that proposition is all too real. Pausch has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is expected to live only a few months more.
I can’t do justice to this man’s ‘last lecture,’ so I encourage you to read about and watch it for yourself.
- You can read a Wall Street Journal article and see a 4-minute video story here.
- The entire one hour and 25 minute presentation is available via Google video here.
Please tell us what would be in your ‘last lecture’ by adding your comments to this blog.
