Have you ever heard your boss say, “I gotta bounce” when it’s time for them to leave a meeting?
What about when your supervisor sends you an Evite to a party at their “crib?”
Or when the CEO sends you a link to their MySpace and invites you to be a ‘friend’?
This is a no-win situation for many of us. If we laugh or decline, will our boss think we’re dissing them? Will we somehow deflate their hip’ish egos by not labeling ourself their ‘friend?’
