In addition to the work Next Generation Consulting is doing with the great folks in Johnstown, I ran across this opinion piece the other day, written by Pennsylvania Senator Rob Wonderling. This state’s commitment to really changing the way young professionals engage with their communities is truly commendable. Senator Wonderling has a keen understanding - and obviously a lot of passion! - around the issue of attracting and retaining the Next Generation in Pennsylvania, and more states, provinces, and cities could learn from this.
