Some of you may be familiar with our Next Leaders Survey. This is a survey that’s been offered twice a year to Young Professionals Organizations (YP Orgs) to send to their members to help measure the impact young professionals and YP Orgs make on their communities.
In our continued efforts to arm YP Orgs with resources and tools to grow we've been trying to figure out how to continue offering the Next Leaders Survey, at an affordable fee for YP Orgs to participate, while still covering our costs.
I have bad news and good news.
Bad news first. NGC is no longer offering the "full service" Next Leaders Survey option. This was where we administered the survey, tracked responses, analyzed data, and summarized your results. We simply can't make this cost-effective for us while making it affordable for your YP Org.
BUT there is GOOD NEWS. Although we aren't offering the "full service" Next Leaders Survey we have developed a new "self-serve" Next Leaders Survey Tool for download via our online store for only $149.
This “self-serve” Next Leaders Survey Tool includes all the questions found in the previous “full-service” version except for the questions pertaining to Next Generation’s Seven Indexes and Six Dimensions of Employee Engagement. The tool provides you with everything you need to design and analyze a YP survey on your own.
The Next Leaders Survey Tool can help you:
- Quantify the economic impact that young professionals make in your community;
- Show the impact your YP Org is making on young professionals’ perceptions of your community, and their willingness to stay; and
- Demonstrate the clear, positive impact YPs make through community engagement, charitable contributions, and volunteering.
