Interested in earning a $1,000 grant for your Young Professionals organization?
Next Generation Consulting (NGC) is partnering with the International Mentoring Network Organization (IMNO) to learn what and who young professionals are looking for in a mentor.
IMNO is a nonprofit organization that makes professional mentoring available to everyone. Individuals can access the IMNO Web site to study the advice of successful professionals and apply the principles they learn in their own careers. This mentoring is provided to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
NGC will administer a web-based survey to young professionals and we are seeking YP organizations to participate in the survey by sending the survey invite and link to their members. All participating YP organizations will be eligible to earn a $1,000 grant and all survey respondents will be eligible to win a $50 Amazon.com gift card.
For each respondent a YP organizations refers to the survey, that YP organization’s name will be entered into a random drawing (respondents will choose from a drop-down menu which YPO referred them). So the more members you have take the survey, the more likely you could earn a $1,000 grant.
YP organizations need to register to participate by clicking here by July 1st . The survey will launch on July 7th and will remain open 3-4 weeks. ONLY pre-registered YP organizations will be eligible for the grant. Once registered, NGC will send you the link to the survey and an invite you can send to your distribution list. NGC will share the overall summary of results with participating YP organizations in a PDF report.

FAQs
Q: If our members take the survey are you going to see and/or use their email addresses?
A: Your YP organization members will not be put on any mailing list or contact list. No survey respondent names will be shared (we won't even be collecting contact info, except email for the Amazon.com gift card drawing). All voluntary opt-in.
Q: If our YP organization participates will we receive results?
A: Yes, NGC will share the overall composite summary of results with participating YP organizations in a brief PDF report.

Will survey results be made available to participating YPOs in any way, shape, or form?
Hi Shanon! Yes, we’ll send an overall report that summarizes all results in a PDF. If a YPO wants their individual results we can produce those for a fee.
