As I was reading the most recent Utne Reader, I came across an article about how discussing art can lower your blood pressure and ease constipation.
If the benefits of sensing art, creating art, and discussing art make us more creative, attitudes more positive, and improve our overall health, why don’t we do it more often? I’m an artist and it’s been a while since I’ve been in the darkroom, picked up my camera, or doodled in my sketch pad because life just happens on by us.
I did however visit Madison’s Art Fair on the Square today and was totally inspired by another black and white photographer, Chris Honeysett. His photography is amazing and he was interesting to meet. So tell me about your latest creative adventure, either making art or sensing art and maybe it will ease your constipation.
