As usual, Rebecca is ahead of the curve in identifying issues. Yes, workplace stresses do come into play, and they often do so along generational lines. If you add in the high expectations created by the tech boom, and the feeling of Xers that the promise of continued growth was unfulfilled and then balance that against post-recession Millennials happy to have any job at all, you begin to see how deep the fault lines are.
