Molly Chavers is the executive director of Indy Hub. The Hub was just a germ of an idea in 2004-2005 when Rebecca Ryan first met her. Now IndyHub has grown to serve over 4,000 young professionals in the greater Indianapolis region. Molly talks to us about the lessons she's learned, the advice she would give to other potential leaders of young professionals organizations, and her wish for IndyHub and other YPOs.
