Molly Chavers is the executive director of Indy Hub, a young professionals organization (YPO) in Indianapolis. The Hub was just a germ of an idea in 2004-2005 when Rebecca first met her. Now Indy Hub has grown to serve over 4,000 young professionals in the greater Indianapolis region. Molly talks to us about the lessons she's learned, the advice she would give to other potential leaders of young professionals organizations, and her wish for Indy Hub and other YPOs.
