Summary

Last week we touted “The Rural Advantage” for Gen X’ers who don’t take kindly to The Big City.  This week we’re going to expose you (aack!) to one of the new Cool Communities indexes under development here at the Hot Jobs – Cool Communities HQ.

The “Earning & Learning Index” was born out of Gen X’ers response to the question: “What makes a community cool?”  Young talent say that they’re looking for breadth AND depth of occupational and lifelong learning options.
