Of all the time patrons invest to attend your organization's event, only 33% of it is spent enjoying the art itself. In addition, your younger patrons (20-40 year olds) may value different things than traditional ticket-holders and attendees. In this session we will:
- Examine all five phases of the patron experience, and learn what you can do to make each phase positive and user-friendly;
- See your offering through the lens of the next generation, to determine just how engaging it really is, based on the things they value;
- Learn how one question can help you gauge patrons' satisfaction and take the guess-work out of knowing how promotable your organization or events really are.
