Whose logo would you tattoo on your bod?

It’s not just hard-ass Harley riders who put the company’s logo on their arms. Harley employees do it, too.

Here are three ways you can tell if your employees are engaged with your organization:

1. Do they bring their parents, spouse, kids, and friends to the office?

When parent bring their kids into the office to see - and play with - the company Wi, it’s a pretty good proxy that (a) the parents think it’s cool to work there; and (b) they’re trying to increase their cool factor with their kids, by association with your company.

2. Body modification. (See samples below.)

3. Purchases of branded schwag. If your employees buy t’shirts, hats, water bottles, sweatshirts, and other stuff with your logo from the company store, it’s a safe bet they’re engaged. (If you MAKE them wear logoed attire, their purchases don’t prove loyalty, but compliance.)
