The Next Leaders Webcast Series is designed to help young professionals develop skills and self-knowledge to make them more effective at work and in their personal lives. YPOs and Chambers of Commerce are invited to partner with NGC to connect your members to the webcasts while growing your revenue stream.

In this presentation, Rebecca Ryan - who's interviewed and worked side-by-side with hundreds of CEOs and executives - takes you inside the C'suite to share what they're looking for in their next generation leaders.

• Congratulations, You've Been Promoted! (Now What?) 9 Ideas to Help you Kick Butt in Your New Role as a Manager (May 25, 26, 27) For newly promoted managers (and those who want to become indispensable), this session breaks it down: THREE mistakes most new managers make (and how to avoid them; THREE ways to instantly gain credibility in your new role; and THREE things all great managers do over the long-term.

How Does it Work?

FIRST determine which partnership option will work best for you. NGC offers two partnership options for YPOs and Chambers: 

• Option 1: Purchase and (Re)Sell - Your YPO or Chamber purchases the series of two for $179 and plugs them into your existing program schedule or offers new learning events for your young professionals. Promote the webcasts as lunch-n-learn type events and (re)sell them for $10, $15, $20 or more, to your members. This option requires you to host an event for participants to view webcast. 

• Option 2: Promote and Earn - Your YPO or Chamber agrees to promote ALL three webcasts to your members. NGC will provide you with a "registration code" your members can use when registering which will give your organization credit. You will then receive $10 back on all paid registrations that match your code. Webcasts retail at $29.00. Registrants will access the webcast right from their desktop.

SECOND, based on which option you choose follow the steps below:   

Option 1: Purchase and (Re)Sell: 

STEP ONE: You will need to register for one of three offered (re)sell packages based on your location:

• Eastern Time Zone Package - Webcasts begin at Noon ET on the following dates: March 30, May 25
• Central Time Zone Package - Webcasts begin at Noon CT on the following dates: March 24, May 26
• Mountain Time Zone Package - Webcasts begin at Noon MT on the following dates: March 25, May 27

STEP TWO: Set-up your event. Schedule your event from 11:30am-1:00pm. Each webcasts will begin promptly at Noon and end by 1:00pm. Event Must Haves: Internet access, laptop w/ internet access, LCD projector and screen, conference speaker phone.

Note: Each webcast is LIMITED in space therefore we are NOT able to allow you to (re)sell the package as a webcast that your members would view from their own desks. If this is your preference choose Option Two: Promote and Earn. 

All webcasts will be recorded and we will be offering all YPOs who purchase the series the recorded/archived version of each webcast that they can share with their members at a time convenient for them. The recording offers both the video and audio of the webcast.

STEP THREE: (Re)sell the package through your YPOs regular registration vehicle. Don't have an online registration vehicle? Here are a few resources: regonline.com; cevent.com, eventregister.com

STEP FOUR: Day of event
When you register for the series you will be sent the login information and detailed day of instruction. Set-up event and sign-on to webcast online by 11:25am. Call into the conference line by 11:45am. This will give you time to troubleshoot any issues.

FAQs

Q. Will these webcasts be available to view at different times than those posted?

A. All the live webcasts will be recorded and made available to all YPOs and Chambers purchasing the series. So if your YPO signs up for the series you can participate in the live webcasts and/or have a "replay" event and play the recorded webcast for attendees.

Q. If we do a "replay" event how can my members connect with presenters if they have questions?

A. We will have online forums monitored by our presenters for continued conversation and Q&A on each topic following each webcast.

Q. Are the webcasts set up to allow for members to participate from their own computers? Eliminating the need for an event?

A. Select Option Two: Promote and Earn to connect your members to learning opportunities right at their desktop.
