About this event
Engaging New Audiences by Re-Crafting the Patron Experience
Since 2006 Marti has led the only multi-year research dedicated to the issue of attracting, engaging and retaining younger patrons (ages 20-40) to the arts. She uses this research to overturn the myths that arts organizations have about younger patrons, and lights a creative fire among attendees by sharing innovative, practical – and often simple – applications that her clients have used to achieve results in attracting new patrons.
In this three-hour workshop you will:
- Examine all five phases of the patron experience, and learn what you can do to make each phase positive and user-friendly;
- See your offering through the lens of the next generation, to determine just how engaging it really is, based on the things they value;
- Brainstorm and discuss ideas to sharpen the patron experience using the "Think-Feel-Do" technique.
Cost to attend the three hour session is $49 per individual. If your organization registers 2 or more people you'll SAVE $10 per registration. To register click here .
