        <p>At its first annual dinner on March 10, the Out Professional &amp; Executive Network (OPEN), will discuss building the creative class by leveraging a strong LGBTQ community.<br /><br />

The keynote address will be delivered by Rebecca Ryan, founder of Next Generation Consulting Inc, who will inspire the group with ideas to make our area a more vibrant, welcoming place to live and work, and what a strong LGBTQ community means for that goal.<br /><br />
