My favorite meal: Lately, eggs in any form: eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, poached egg on toast, omelettes...

If I had an extra 5 hours every week: I'd become a regular at the library. A stalker, only nicer.

My favorite “Next City”: Madison because it's very easy to live here: great organic foods, accessible by bike/foot/etc., still small enough to know people, but big enough (thanks to the U) to be full of smart people doing good work.

If I could go anywhere for an entire month: Paris. I love the food and culture, and the food culture. Plus, I'm half French, and shaped like the Eiffel Tower.

The one thing I want everyone to know about NGC: We beat a red bongo drum in our office when we get good news.

The last thing I downloaded to my iPod: 300 podcasts...Fresh Air, To The Best of Our Knowledge, WNYC Radio Lab, This American Life, etc.

One thing I like about my job: I don't have to ask the boss if I can cut out early on a sunny day.

One wish I have for the next generation: They continue to ask "Why?" and "Why not?"
