The last great film I watched: the Cove; outstanding, moving documentary about the heinous dolphin exploitation happening in a cove in Japan; bring a box of tissues.

My favorite meal: If I'm splurging, Eggplant Parm with a side of marinara. If I'm not splurging, then Black Bean Sweet Potato Chile - I actually have some in the frig.

If I had an extra 5 hours every week: I would create art, cook a healthy meal, sharpen my piano skills, learn to tango, spend more time with family & friends, etc.

My favorite “Next City”: Madison - I love the diverse choice of local restaurants, arts & cultural events, lush green landscape, bike paths, and cool people - especially the ones at NGC!

If I could go anywhere for an entire month: I would choose either driving up the Pacific Coast from Central California to Alaska, or touring Europe (Spain, France, Italy). Sadly, I've never been to any of these places.

The one thing I want everyone to know about NGC: we're one big functional family!

The last song I downloaded to my iPod/iPhone: My sis loaded it up for me, but one of these days I'll download some stuff by Stevie Wonder, Norman Brown, Bocelli, Madonna, Rusted Root, etc.

One thing I like about my job: everyone is encouraged to share their ideas. And we all do.

One wish I have for the next generation: that all those stodgy, egotistical, lazy bosses are replaced by Next Leaders and Next Managers so the Next Generation can truly enjoy going to work and be respected and engaged. It feels so good!
