My favorite meal: I'm newly vegan so a huge plate of veggies.

If I had an extra 5 hours every week: 1 more hot yoga class, a tree climb or a long hike with the Ryan's.

My favorite “Next City”: Madison because of the people, the seasons, and the freaks. San Francisco because of it's food culture, beauty and beatniks.

If I could go anywhere for an entire month: RV'ing through the western states National Parks with the family. Hiking, biking, reading, and making great food over the fire pit. I'd be as happy as a pig in sh*!.
